Primer is a premium theme marketplace that allows merchants and designer to easily upgrade their store with pre-build theme sections that can be customized to match brand guidelines.

The primary difference between a "Manual" and "Professional" install is a Manual install requires a manual installation of our section into your theme. A "Professional" installation give you access to our Shopify developers to install the section on behalf of the individual who purchased it. 

We do our best to quickly install your section as soon as possible. We typically require 24 to 48 to assess your theme, install the section and make sure it doesn't conflice with anything in your store. Premium Sections require an addtional 24 hours since our mission is to improve your store, not complicate it. 

You can only place your section in one theme at a time. To prevent purchase abuse we take necessary action to ensure everyone is content. Feel free to reach out to via info@primer.io if any additional questions or comments.

After purchasing a section you will receive a directly attachment of our section code snippet. If you do not receive a direct download please reach out to us at info@primer.io and we'll assist as soon as we can! 

We strongly recommend backing up your store by clicking duplicating your theme in "Theme" portion of your Shopify dashboard.
